On Wednesday 9^th July 2014, the “Maria Tsakos” Foundation hosted at its premises the presentation of Mr. Dimitris Frezoulis’ series of books entitled “Kathimerina”. In these books, Mr. Frezoulis, a well-known Chian reporter, compiled a collection of articles, which he had published at the Chian newspaper “ALITHIA” dated from year 2003 to 2013. Discussants were the reporter, Mr. Nikos Georgoulis, the artistic director of the Municipal and Regional Theatre of the N. Aegean, Mr. John Zafiras and the writer Mrs. Meli Vizaniaris-Tsakou.

A theater performance of the single-act play “The Egg” by Costas Mourselas followed and closed this well attended event.  Members of the Chios Theatrical Group directed and played.
